Do you sell new books?

We do not sell new books. However, if you are looking for new books, you can still support us by shopping at our bookshop.org bookshop.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)

 

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we do. Click here to purchase gift cards.

 

How is your packaging sustainable?

Our packaging is made from at least 50% recycled material.

 

Orders

 

How do I view my order details?

You can view your order details by logging into your account and clicking “Past Orders” in the account menu on the left-hand side of the page (top of the page if on mobile). From there, choose the order you would like details on from your list of previous orders and click view order.

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking info for your order after it is shipped.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address for an order you already placed, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with the updated address at [email protected]. Send the email with the subject line “Address Change.”

 

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, email us using the subject “Cancel Order” at [email protected]. Please include your order number in the email. 

 

*An order can not be canceled once it has been processed. However, you can still return the item(s) after you receive them for a refund.

 

What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

If you receive your order and it is incorrect or damaged, please email us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number and the item(s) that are incorrect or damaged.

 

Part of my order is missing. What do I do?

Please email us at [email protected] and let us know what item(s) are missing so we can issue a refund.

 

 

Shipping

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please view our Shipping Policy for processing times and delivery estimates.

 

How will my order be shipped? (What carrier?)

We ship most orders with USPS; however, we occasionally ship via UPS.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to accommodate one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.

 

 

Returns

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30-days from the date of purchase. Check out our Return Policy for more information.

 

How do I start a return?

You can start a return by heading to the bottom of any page and clicking the Start a Return button which will take you to our returns portal. Provide your order number and the shipping address zip code. Then select the item(s) you would like to return and a reason for the return and submit your request. A prepaid return label will be generated, carefully repack your items, affix the prepaid return label, and drop it off at your nearest post office or mailbox.
