How long do I have to return my item(s)?

Returns are accepted within 30-days from the date of purchase.

How long will it take to issue a refund?

Returns are processed within five business days after we receive your returned item(s). A refund will be issued once the return has been processed.

What will be refunded?

You will be refunded the total item price of the items returned. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I start a return?

You can start a return by heading to the bottom of any page and clicking the Start a Return button which will take you to our returns portal. From there, provide your order number and the shipping address zip code. Then select the item(s) you would like to return along with a reason for the return and submit your request. A prepaid return label will be generated. Carefully repack your items, affix the prepaid return label to the package, and drop it off at your nearest post office or mailbox.
